not really portable office, more of virtualPC, containing office and other apps.
Its performance is really going to be dependant on the speed of the USB drive and port (i.e. don't try this on USB 1)

Sort of an ideal situation to use a pda? Expansion cards will give plenty of space to store files and backups; Wireless email and Internet; Office applications (Word, Excel, etc) and some superb alternatives; Games, etc.
More to the point, you won't need access to someone else's pc to run the applications. I acknowledge that the pda is not a pc replacement but I suggest that it is better than nothing.
OK, I just DL'ed it and installed it to a flashdrive and did the registering and such, Seems pretty straight forward.
What problem did you have?
and if you carry a laptop, why do the Mojo thing... It isn't like you can use mojo without a PC.
BTW, it isn't a virtualPC like environment. It is something more like a roaming profile stored on a flashdrive with a drive translation software to "trick" apps that run in the mojo environment to treat the mojo drive as if it were the C: and something to manage a local registry

I was wondering, any one has experience/feedback with this software.
Thanks
Jennifer.
Lots of feedback in their forums, I'm suprised you missed them...
Anyway I've had a look, and it does look very interesting... Except for one major flaw.

so after 3 activations it's dead...
You can recover from your own backups on the same device, but if you reformat, or that device gets damaged then you have to use one of those 3 activations (and it doesn't look like there is a recharge, like say Opera's 2 activations per year)

Our site???? Our site??
Look, if you work for mojopac that's ok. In fact we like developers visiting here and sharing information.
But people pretending to be 'ordinary users' makes companies look awful. Some honesty would be nice.
Thankyou

yea, I figured this was a troll spam.
The product looks somewhat interesting, but only on a gee whiz sort of way.
You had it right that it is still just a portable app type of thing... the desktop is a nice touch, but the licensing issues and costs leave a lot to be desired.
I do not know what they mean it can be used without a PC... a flash drive really doesn't do much sitting on a table. I tested that today on one of mine. I watched one for 3 hours sitting on a desk at least 5 feet away from a computer and it did nothing

Fascinating test, I'm sure! About as much fun as watching paint dry, eh?
:)

LOL, everyone knows that a flash drive takes three and a half hours to boot. :p
