Shame on Dell! I've been checking my order status via the web link the email you to check and it disappeared. I get this instead but I had just checked it yesterday and it was there.

So I entered my account and had to look it up with the search for missing orders. There is says it was ordered on the 15th, status says shipped, and the shipped date is the 20th.
Why can't a company as large as Dell get their ordering and shipping in shape?
