i downloaded pocket breeze about 4 hrs ago and still haven't gotten any email for the registration. what should i do? Since it is Free does everyone get the same username and key ? If so would it be possible to get it from someone that did get the email?

I would imagine that this download is very popular right now and that they are just slow on sending out keys. I wouldn't worry just yet. I think that they say it could take 24-48 hours to get your key. All usernames and keys are unique. Hope this helps!

Let me try and help with this as much as I can.

Technically, this is a promotion that Handango are running, so from our side this is treated like regular purchases that we receive. Which means that users that take advantage of this promotion are considered from our side as regular users.

Our mailer usually sends registration codes every 20 minutes or so, but we usually prefer to state it can take up to 48 hours since some emails sometimes are delayed during the SMTP servers on the way and so on... so this is the safe time period we suggest to wait.

If you won't receive your key during the next 48 hours after you completed your 'purchase', please contact our support team at [email]support@sbsh.net[/email] and we will be more than happy to help by providing you the registration details ASAP again via email :)

Took me about 30 min or so to get the download and within a couple hours I had my reg code. 30% off I launcher seems good too.

Hi thekash :)

If you are using it on the X51v try to disable the error reporting 'feature' that MS added with the new WM5 OS :/ this should usually speed things up :)

I'm getting the same error message that FALLN got. InHand won't let me buy pocket breeze. Any tips on getting this done? I've been trying since last night and today's the last day!!! =(

I took off pocket breeze. My screen was busy as it is.. I might put it back. Actually, I never got a good anyway.. :laugh:

LOL...I had to do the most drastic thing to get this thing to work...A hard reset. Of course, I have a perfectly good and recent backup which I can restore from once I've finished downloading it. Crazy stuff...Wonder what messed it up though... =)
