I got the promo on friday. I am still waiting on my registration code in e-mail.
If I don't recieve it today then its been 48 hours (working days), and I will hopefully get it straight with an e-mail to the author of PB.
Same here, larockonolijl, I got mine Friday night, and I'm still waiting for my registration e-mail. I know they got the right e-mail, because Handango sent me my 'confirmation' to that e-mail. I'm going to e-mail PB soon also, because I got this free, and I love it, really I do, but I don't have the money to pay for it, especially since it was supposed to be free.

Just FYI... I received mine within about 40 minutes of making the "purchase". Seems like 2 days is a bit long to wait...

Yeah, I know. I got this thing for Free, and I want to get the registration for free, but I'm afraid that it will be too late when I try and I'll have to pay for it...

To be honest, I LOVE Pocket Breeze. It has totally taken over my today screen. It helps me with my homework and calendar. Being a student with homework, a job, and in almost all of the music programs (the only ones I'm not in are the female groups), I need something like this, and I like how it was free. I just need my key now.

well, not knowing about wether or not saturday is a business day for SBSH... I sent a e-mail to support@sbsh.net to get the issue resolved. Maybe my e-mail was already sent out, and just got abducted by aliens. :)
I like PB so far, its making me have an itchy order finger on their other products.
Took advantage of this promotion close to midnight last night and got the registration info around noon today! No probs so far, and it's running quite beautifully.
BTW, is there a way to back up this program in case I do a hard reset so I can install this great little utility again? Or will I somehow be able to re-download it for free since I already registered through this promotion. If I need to back up does anyone have any step-by-step procedures so I can get it running just as nicely as it is now after a hard reset?
Hi chuckey06 :)
Let me try and help with this as much as I can.
Technically, this is a promotion that Handango are running, so from our side this is treated like regular purchases that we receive. Which means that users that take advantage of this promotion are considered from our side as regular users.
Our mailer usually sends registration codes every 20 minutes or so, but we usually prefer to state it can take up to 48 hours since some emails sometimes are delayed during the SMTP servers on the way and so on... so this is the safe time period we suggest to wait.
If you won't receive your key during the next 48 hours after you completed your 'purchase', please contact our support team at support@sbsh.net and we will be more than happy to help by providing you the registration details ASAP again via email :)
I really hope that you will enjoy using our software of course :)
Thanks a lot for doing this promotion w/ this great utility. I never knew about this until I heard about the promotion on Aximsite (great site here)! This is a superbly handy utility for my everyday tasks that I need to do in the hospital, and I found it really made things easier just using it today. All the apps I access most frequently in my PDA are right at my fingertips on the Today screen except the medical database itself. Awesome work, and I applaud you for the efforts. Very much appreciated!

You should be able to download the trail from the SBSH website and just register using the code your received in the email. I haven't tried this, but it sounds right.

There are three ways:
1. Back up your entire system with Sprite Backup. That will restore your system and all software just the way you left it.
2. Look where you chose to install the InHand software. There you will find a folder called "Pocket X Handango InHand". Within that folder is another folder called "Purchases". In that folder is a file called "pocketbreeze2003_50.cab". Just copy this file to your PC desktop, or any non-volatile memory on your PPC, such as a CF or SD card. Then, if you need to re-install, just put the .cab file on your PPC, tap it, and the program will re-install itself.
3. Run the InHand program. Under "Menu", choose "My Downloads". It will give you the opportunity to view and re-download any programs purchased through InHand, including Pocket Breeze.

Hi larockonoli :)
there is a good chance that our email to you with your registration details was blocked  and therefore you never received it.
If you already emailed our support team at support@sbsh.net I'm sure you will soon hear back from us with your details :) (Since I'm not the one that handles the support emails queue I can't check for your email, but I'm sure they will soon reply with your details too :) ).
In case you won't receive it in the next 24 hours, there is a chance that those emails are also blocked. If this is the case, post back here with your email address you used to purchase PocketBreeze and I'll send you the registration details as a PM here on the forums, which I'm sure won't be blocked in anyway :)
Thank you very much. this is the reason why I would purchase your software in the future, I know it wil be very usefull, and have great customer support.

Looks like holding on to that CAB file will work best for me! Thanks again! :approve:
Yep, Amit and company are a great bunch of helpful people with great products. Kudos to them and kudos to Handango/Inhand for offering such a great deal. Thanks. :)
