I was going to purchase the following order for my 11y/o daughter for xmas (making my wife return the IPOD as I think she will get much more use out of the ax!!). I called Dell to find out if the nextday shipping was going to get it here by xmas..........I told the sales rep that I prefered to place my order online as opposed to with her and she is in the process of giving me additional discounts to bring my total to $398.21!!!!!!!! :azz: I am on the phone with her right now and couldn't wait to post this!!!!! (this will be the 3rd axim in our house!!)

What was the final price you got for just the Axim X51v? I could not make out the price of just the x51v from your post. You had mentioned you got better than the $279 but not as good as the $234. Can you please give me your order number, so that I can refer your number to the sales contact and ask her to give me a good price for the x51v.

If I can get the x51v for $280 or less I am more than willing to buy it.

Please let me know ASAP.

If you take out the extras I purchased for the ax......the ax alone would've been $248.21

that's $250US right? that's still a really good deal! i got mine for 400Canadian... which is like 300US... and i thought THAT was a good deal... i donno if he'd want to post his order number... but i think he can call in and ask them for a reference number to give and we'd be able to use that...
