There does not appear to be an expiration date in the Discount Details, but I would jump on this quick. Unfourtunely, I purchased mine with a 25% discount a couple of days ago, so I missed this deal.

Just got off the phone with Dell customer support -- took some time on hold (India call center) but they did do a price adjustment to my Jan 21st order for the full difference (~$55) -- without any reluctance aside from checking on the price themselves.

$362.84 after tax with 1 year complete care -- I'm happy.

Got mine(Dell Home) for $306.71 including taxes($289.35 before) w/$35 coupon from ebay($0.99).. not including 2% cash back from rebate site and 1% back from credit card. maybe I should get a DPA, too...
