Wow... a bit harder than it looks on a 650Mhz laptop with a useless video driver :azz:
Oh, well ... 3rd times a charm
Thanks for the link!
All gone:sad:
They took the game offline.
This looks like something I saw at Sourceforge that provides multiple working windows.
This is interesting however:
The FAQ section of their website has the following 'issues':
Troubles Sending Sysinfo
See activation problems: exactly the same reason -> either a firewall or a proxy problem which refuses winplosion.exe to connect to our server, there is no other reason.
Virus warning
Virus warning: we have had several reports of trojaned binaries (found in WINPHK.DLL). These are false positives, our packages are not trojaned. We are trying to solve this, however our possibilities here are limited. We tried to contact Norton etc. but they seem not to be able to respond, unfortunately... Please forward this issue to them and make them aware of this false alert.
Why would a $10 program have to call home with sysinfo of all things?
Why would the company say the trojan is a false positive, yet the app needs to call home with sysinfo???
Something doesn't sound right with this.
I don't think I'll install the trial.
