My 20" Sony is nice but this flat screen is GREAT.

it's because he lives in other part of the world where AMERICA is spelled AMERIKA !!
it's the same thing with japan, they spelled it NIPPON.... NOT Japan
don't take everything the american way.... there's a lot of other ppl with other culture and language

And I seriously doubt that God deigned to interfere with something as mundane as the naming of a country. Especially since America isn't actually the name of the country. It's the name of a couple of continents, the northern of which contains that country, The United States of America.

Let's get the name correct if we are gonna nitpick.

A lot of other countries exist in the Americas. It is the height of arrogance to claim "America" as the sole property of the USA.
