ah, yes. I ended up not getting this, speed was too slow. I thought it was the 150x. I just ordered the 150x 512 mb A-DATA from there.
ARE YOU SURE YOU GOT THE FASTER CARD?

A-Data 150X 2GB
Read=0.32 (2.2X), Write=0.13 (0.9X)
bloody hell, they can send to Puerto Rico but not to us Canucks... not that there's anything with PR but I mean come on... we're Canada... u can always send to us!
Many people use card reader to transfer large files to SD/CF card. That's why a high speed card is desirable. It's painful to fill a 2GB card with a low write speed.
But think about what you use high capacity cards for. Usually movies and map applications which require fast read speeds. I watch movies all the time on my SD/CF cards and sometimes, the read speed doesn't cut it and I get choppy playback.
For me, the difference in speed between a 50X and 150X is negligible moving large files to my cards using a card reader. (It could be because my card reader tops out at 10MB/s. ) I drag & drop, however long it takes doesn't really matter (10 seconds vs. 15 seconds)
Therefore, I look for the card that performs best in my PDA. That's where I need the speed.
