I have no affiliation except that I check it daily to see what they have. But they have specials from Dell at least once a week. Now keep in mind most of the time these specials are for their computers, but sometimes it is $ off or % off of certain purchase. Also sometimes they have other sites promotional codes that can be used. For example I got 50% off bluetooth cf card and usb dongle adaptor at belkin.com using this. Site is definitely worth bookmarking in my opinion.

Also, if anybody knows of other sites similar to this, let me know.
