No problem. This deal is only good until tomorrow, April 19, 2006. So those who want to get in should act fast. I got PI 2005 in mid-March so its tempting. Although as you know the value of a dollar today is more than a value of a dollar tomorrow. However, this also protects you IF WebIS decides to raise the price when PI 2007 comes out.

I'm just wondering if anyone got in on this deal. I would have expected more replies due to the popularity of this software. Maybe the info is not that useful to people or just about everyone has made their purchases previously? Only a few hours left for those that are interested.

I thought about it (i'm a pre-April 2006 owner of PI) but for me I didn't think it was worth the hassle to get such a limited discount (compared with WebIS upgrade prices).. I'm sure more offers will pop up with PI 2007 does actually surface.

thanks for the heads up though

Yeah, I would do it myself except I've had PI 2005 for only a month now and I just upgraded to Rev5. This is more for people that don't have Pocket Informant yet. The suggestion for current PI owners was just an idea and also locks in a good deal in case WebIS ever decides to raise the price of PI when 2007 comes out.

I jumped in on the deal thanks to LocutusBorgMan. I've had Pocket Informant forever. I don't know how I could ever live without it. Of course I'm going to want to upgrade so I figured I'd just go ahead and take the jump. In the end, I'm only out $11.96 I don't consider that much of a loss for an awesome product. Now I just have to wait for 2007. Thanks again!

I got it too...

I got in on this too, thanks to you LocutusBorgMan! A great deal (and great timing)!
Does anyone know how to get it so if you try to add a new calendar appointment from the Today screen with PocketBreeze, it still opens the old interface, not PI. To enter a calendar event using PI, I have to open PI first and enter the event. I have set PI as my default PIM (in PI), but that didn't do the trick. Any ideas?
Thanks again, what a great program!!

PI stands for Pocket Informant (the program that manages your schedule), and PIM stands for Personal Information Manager (I think). PI is a PIM software.
Hope that helps:)

In Pocket Breeze go to settings and check the "PIM Settings" page.. make sure "PIM software to use:" is set to "Pocket Informant"

:)

Good luck :)

Glad that you got in on it. I too bought Pocket Informant from the many glowing reviews from users here at aximsite.com. I didn't even do a trial or try other popular PIMs like Agenda Fusion, but it has done the job for me so far. I'm still learning more capabilities of the program as I go along.

I took the plunge and tried Pocket Informant, after a few days trial I have bought it.
On the whole I thinks its very good, and enhances the PIM functions very well.:approve:

My only niggle, is that as far as I can see the icons used in all advertising and the WebIS screenshots are not actually included in the price!!
This seems a bit poor top me, but I accept i might be missing something!

As an aside, am I the only person who has trouble getting software to look anything like the screenshots on websites when actually using it!!
