I'm having the same problem. I connected to Dell chat support, and we failed to make it work. The Dell rep did something on the back end, and said 'try again'. It failed again. He was flummoxed - and said he would have to contact the marketing department about the problem, and to try again in 5-6 hours. That was 15 hours ago...., and it's still not working.
I suggest trying Dell chat support and seeing if more people complaining make them wake up - it's obviously a problem with their system.
Do make sure the coupon is for Home first, rather than Small Business. I tried a coupon earlier that was an SB coupon only.
