I put the NTI Ninja folder on my USB drive. I move the USB drive to another PC. I click on open.exe. An icon appear in the tray. I right click on it but it doesn't give me the option to open the drive. So, in my case, it doesn't appear that I can run it by moving the folder from the PC.

If you are only using the USB drive on PC's you own, this might be an excellent program. If you lost you drive, nobody would know what program you are using and it would make it harder to hack.

Try Dekart PrivateDisk Lite. It's free, small, very user friendly, and has been around for years. I myself use TrueCrypt, simply because it is installed on my home PC and I want one program, but DPDL is pretty good.
