B&H Photo Video has the [url=http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=1097&A=details&Q=&sku=469853&is=REG&addedTroughType=categoryNavigation]8GB Elite Pro CF card[/url] for for $159.95 but has a [url=http://www.bhphotovideo.com/FrameWork/Rebates_Promos/040207_KINGSTON_CompactFla.pdf]$65 rebate[/url] on the 8GB card. The rebate is from Kingston, but the catch is that purchase is from Authorized Photo dealers, so YMMV.
So $94.99 - $65 MIR = $29.99 shipped.

Worse thing that can happen if they deny your rebate is that you end up with the Kingston card for $95 shipped. It was $285 a week ago.

Rebate not redeemable if product is purchased through a distributor or other resellers.

Its a YMMV situation, but [url=http://www.adorama.com/KGCF8GE.html?sid=11737538421733043]Adorama[/url], one of the photo specialist listed, has it for $114.95 - $65 rebate = $50 + S/H (+tax in NY) which is still not too shabby for an 8GB CF card.

Adorama is temporarily out of stock...

I just read Kingston's rebate form which states that the rebate must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. I just ordered from Adorama which is on backorder. I am contacting customer service to see how soon it will ship.
