Now I need to cancel the $99 one I ordered from Dell for the Axim.

I was able to get one at Best Buy today (the last one) for $79.99 but also with a $40.00 mail in rebate.

It seems to be OK, but it doesn't like my IPAQ (which only has battery power for about 30 minutes per charge). So I guess I will be ready when the Axim comes in hopefully before February 4.
