If you go into Futureshop (haven't seen it online), then DDR RAM (PC2100) and PC133 ram is DIRT cheap. (after a mail-in rebate of course)

I picked up 256mb DDR PC2100 for $60ish, with a $20 mail in (i think it was). While the brand on the box says "Azen Ram", when I opened mine, it's actually Crucial (which is a division of Micron), which makes some of the best RAM available!!

It's a limited time thing, I think until the 10th. I'll probably visit again tomorrow.

I went to FS eariler, the 256mb PC133 is $79 after $20 rebate, the PC2100 is the only one that is $49 (maybe it was $59, sorry) after rebate, not a bad price.
I only want PC133, $79 is a bit too much for me.

Yah, I went again, and saw the prices for the PC133, sorry for the false hope everyone!! But the PC2100 was a good deal :)
