I picked up the 8GB Kingston device and copied my movies to it from my PC using my generic SDHC USB2 reader-writer.

I got a WRITE throughput of 10MB/s which I think is pretty good considering this is a class 4 device.

I have not tested the throughput on my X51v yet using the SDHC driver.
