At CompUSA there is a PNY SD 256mb for $59 after MIR.
I know. The MIR is a pain in the ass, but PNY usually works well.

The good thing is that it is a available also in the store, so just a clik to find the one nearest to you. That way you can check the code on the card and be sure is one of the "good" SD.

While you are there also check out for the free stuff.
They have some things like 10/100 PCI lan card for free after MIR.


I will go today to check the PNY SD. Let's hope it was made in Japan.

Just got it.
It's one of those good one from Japan.
Performed the happyceescake test (or whatever it's called) and had no error.

Looks like a good deal. I'm even thinking about getting another one.
