Dell Truemobile $40 shipped, is this a good price?

I found an auction that has multiple new CF 1180's for $40 shipped with insurance. I checked the fine print and it appears the seller has these on hand and that they ship next business day. Is this a good deal?

I can't comment on whether it is a good deal or not, but apparently these cards have very poor range.
