I downloaded the demo for journal bar and the battery pack. My demo expired today and I liked it enough to pay for it. I followed the directions it gave me for both programs and the battery pack, uninstalled and reinstalled just fine. BUT, the journal bar uninstalled just fine but on reinstallation, it still has the demo expired message coming up.
I noticed that the battery pack had a different file name after purchase but the journal bar did not. My first clue i guess. When I uninstalled both demos it gave me the option to retain the settings, i did retain them on both products and had no problems with battery pack. I uninstalled both again and downloaded journal bar again, reinstalled both=same results. i uninstalled journal bar and DID NOT retain the settings and reloaded it again. Same results.
I have since tried to go to support at handango and the omega site. Just waiting on the responses and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
I got my axim around the 7th of January and love it.
