citrix

I installed the newest version of citrix on my AX and have run into a problem.

To connect at work, I hit a website that has the citrix server login with a 'go' button. Once I type in my name, secureID and password, I scroll down to the 'go' button but it doesn't work on pie - it is not recognized as a button and tapping it does nothing. Anyone know of a fix for this or have run into the same?
Thanks.

I cannot type in anything after I access our Citrix server. For some reason there is no recognition of the characters I am typing.

KPDUTY,
I've running PPC2002 on my X5. I've run into the same problem when attempting to log on to the secure server at work via citrix. The server at work runs Windows 2000. I can log on from my desktop at home with XP Pro, but with my X5, I can only get to our secure site. I cannot log on with my name/password. No error message, just no action.

The reason I ask is that PIE in WM2003 does have enhancements over the PPC2002 that may be compatible with the logon script.

The latest PPC clients at citrix.com suggest compatiblity with WM2003 ...

It would be interesting to see what happens with a WM2003 AXIM

I'm using Citrix ICA on my X5 running PPC2002 and have no problems.

I have found that you cannot use add-on SIP keyboards. If I try to enter info with Tengo keyboard I get gibberish. No problem with the base SIP keyboard. Also, auto-word completion didn't work.

Other than that the screen is fully active and I can navigate through my companies system with no problem.

I am using WM2003 and believe the citrix server at work is Windows 2000. No go. Not sure if it is the same problem where the server is not responding. The signon web page has a dropdown box that works, and my username, password and sid all fill in to the boxes correctly but the login button does not work.

Not to mention Citrix gobbles up a bunch of memory, like 6 MB!

I'll be honest, I've never had a problem with the X50v (WM2003), Citrix and secure ID connecting to W2k servers etc.

Runs fine, logs in no problem.

I even use either my installed SPB keyboard (touch-screen) to reply to e-mail on the fly, or if more tping is needed my bluetooth keyboard !!!

My only snag (see other posts) is that once connected I can't zoom in or out (scaling) although the pan button works OK.

MY axim is set-up pretty much default so I'm not sure why you guys see problems
