Actually you can use both coupons. It ends up being 40.99 with the rebate. But I hate rebates and I haven't heard too many good things about Lexar SD cards - does anyone have first hand experience?

I have a 256mb Lexar SD card and have not had any problems with it. Been using it for about 2 months now and runs programs and holds files fine. I also have a couple of their CF cards and have not had any problems with them in either my Axim or my camera. I had heard once that they were a little slower them some, but I have not noticed anything that wouldn't run or that worked slower.

Be very careful of buy.com's rebates!!!

This summer I ordered a 512mb Kingston sd card to go with my axim from buy.com and used a 10% coupon code I found on a site. There was supposed to be a $30 rebate.

After 3 weeks of the order being stuck "in processing" while the website showed "in stock", I cancelled the order. I received an email from buy.com customer service telling me they had tried to cancel the order, but it had shipped that day. Unfortunately, the 10% coupon had been canceled!

The sd card came in a week later, but the rebate was no good because it had to be "postmarked withing 1 week of the invoice date".

I have had three different Lexar 256MB SD cards used in two different X5's and have never seen a single problem with any of them.
