Windows media player

I am sorry to post this issue...AGAIN...as I know there is info out there on it but I am still having some trouble playing .mpeg files on my Axim. I have saved the files on the SD card and I can't get them to play. Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to do this? Thanks for all your help.
