Yes I did. You emailed me back about half an hour later! I'm looking for a compatible plug-in that monitors battery and memory usage. Can you recommend one that works well with your software? Thanks for the deal.

This feature is available within SBSH's excellent iLauncher2 (link in MyPDA).
You can also use the WA and WA2 one without any problems :approve:

Hope it works better than Pocket Weather which uses a weather feed that doesn't update very much. $5.30 down the drain for me.

Hi Jim,
What problems are you having with PocketWeather? you might want to post on our forums under the PocketWeather section (http://www.sbsh.net/forums), I promise you you will get support until the problem will be solved :approve: and if we won't be able to solve the problem for you we always give refund in case you will decide to ask for one. Believe me we work really hard so ALL of our users will feel satisfied with our products, but we can't help if you won't tell us about the problem...
In the last month we got about 1,000 new PocketWeather users and I haven't seen any report about this kind of problem, I really think it will be better to post about it and see if we can help first
:)

I have posted about this problem on your forums. I was told that the issue is that msnbc doesn't update their weather data very often. I then asked why you would select this for your data source and was told because the data is "structured". It seems to me that you picked a weather source that was easy for you to make the program work but not very good for me which im my mind makes the program pretty much useless. I have been running it alongside of WeatherPanel which uses weather.com. I get several temperature changes per hour using WeatherPanel and only a few changes per day with your product. You may want to try this yourself with their trial version (know your competetion). Anyway thank you for your interest in my problem but the only way I would use this program is if you decided to use a different source for your weather data.

I'm really not sure, but how can the temperature change a few times in an hour?? I'm pretty sure the weather forecast only changes each day or so...?
I've tried WP for a while and it is a great software with a great look. I do believe PocketWeather is more customizable and of course cheaper.
Again, feel free to ask for a refund, I will make sure we will authorize it from our side :) this is probably the last best offer I can give in this case. We really try to stay honest with our users and I think this is a fair solution if the user is not satisfied.
