I found 128 MB SD (Sandisk) for $94 CDN and 128 MB CF for $84 CDN at Costco in Nepean, Ont. This is by far the best prices I have seen in Canada for SD cards.

I you can hold off until March 3rd I believe there is a coupon for an additional $10 off that $94 dollar price for a 128 SD card.
