coupon code not working
I just tried to get the x50v with the 15% and the 55.00 for the 369 price and was told that the coupon cannot be used with the 15% off

You have to go through the link that is posted in the first post. It seemed to work fine for me. The final price for X50v came to $369.15. The coupon code is an affiliate coupon code, so you have to go through the affiliate link.

Sorry, you're right. I'm new with dealing with Dell so since I already had the x50v sitting in my cart I just attempted to add the coupon, which didn't work. I went through the link and it's coming up at the right price. Too bad Ohio has tax though. Sorry for the mix up - it was my fault.

I too must admit error but the thing that sucks is I spent 2 hours of my time dealing with the dell customer service boneheads who kept telling me "No this cannot be a valid deal" but I was finally able to hit the link and away I went with the x50v for 369.15.

Ya have to wonder about the people they hire to deal with the customers. I'll probably jump on this deal, although I've been toying around with the idea of going to the Dell store and trying to combine the 15% off that it is now with the 25% off I have from the Dell Elf game. Don't really think they'll buy it, but it's worth a shot.

The 25% coupon code that you got from Dellf game was valid only till Jan 05, 2005. So there is no way that coupon code is going to work. Moroever, generally Dell does not allow you to combine two % coupon code together.
The best you can get is combining a % coupon with a $ coupon, as it is right now. IMHO, I haven't seen X50v price fall much below $369 for quite some time.
Earlier this month there was this deal where you could get the X50v for $359, so the difference right now is just $10. Couple of weeks back there was this 30% off package deal where Dell applied a 30% coupon on the whole package of X50v and 1100 Battery and 2-year warranty. IMHO, the best price you can get for a X50v is in the range of $360+.

I was able to get an additional 3% off the 369.15 by using my dell credit card. It's not much but every little bit adds up. I also bought the presentation bundle and had 3% taken off that. I'm pretty happy.

Does this deal include the cradle? It shows it for sale individually.

Doesn't look like it comes with anything else because the check out process gives you the option to add a cradle, travel charger, extra battery. etc.
