Yep, the Staples I went to in Nashua, NH didn't advertise the rebate, and I didn't ask. I filled out the form online, printed a copy, and just mailed everything in today.

I just got back from Staples. The salesperson their was very knowledgeable about all their products and current rebates. However, he was unable to find the rebate for this. All he could find was the rebate about getting $30 back for purchasing a 128MB + 32MB. I told him I would just print it at home. I just printed it and about to send in for the rebate. I would recommend just purchasing it there and printing the rebate form yourself.

Does anybody know if there is a limit? I read the form but didn't see anything about a limit on rebates for this card. If not, I plan on getting a few more!

I believe its one per person per address. If you use a different name on your rebate and send it to a friend address you should be ok

It worked for me in NE Texas on 4/24. They could not print the rebate. I got it from the Staples online rebate center.

when im looking at this price online it says here, 39 and change....thats not free, so how is everyone else doing this?

my local Staples has them marked at $29.94.
Wouldn't you know it, Staples just sent me a coupon for $10 off a $40 purchase.
I already picked up two......hmmm...third time a charm?

Went today to Staples and picked mine up. Told the guys working there about the rebate and they couldn't find it. They had to think I was nuts. Like everyone else, I came home and printed the rebate. Thanks, I sure like the free goods!

Went to the local Staples 2 days ago - $39.99 - so I took a pass. Was in San Jose yesterday and picked one up for 29.94, so after MIR will cost me about $2.40 (danged 8.25% sales tax). I think I'll go back to the local store and push them for the 110% price matching that is stated on the receipt!

I just called my local Staples and they have it in stock. So I filled out the online rebate form and it has been processed. They're just waiting on the proof of purchase and a copy of the rebate form I printed out from the web site. My local Staples said it is $29.94, plus I received a coupon in the mail for $10 off my next in-store purchase of $40 or more. So I'll go at lunch today and buy the SD card and something else for $10 and get it all for free!

Just beware that you're going to need to call the rebate center to have them validate your rebate because of a glitch in their computer systems (ref: post on the 1st page of this thread).

I was able to get one of mine validated today. The other was sent to some special review panel or something (i.e. check back in 15 days). It all depends on which CSR you get on the phone.

Press 1 (if you're a Staples customer)
Press 2 (check status of rebate)
Press *
Press *

Now you should hear "please wait for the next CSR" or similar. If you press the 2 * too quickly then you might need to press * once more.

So, exactly how many times can someone recycle this rebate? I'm asking, because my local Staples b&m seems to be LOADED with PNY 32MB SDs right now. (California, MD)
