is a 256 sd card priced at $67 (made by LEXAR) good to buy (w/o mail in rebates)??? or should I wait for memory to get cheaper???

I'm guessing that's the best you can do for the near future, unless you stumble on a rare deal.

After searching the internet and local stores, I just bought a Memorex 128mb SD for $45 after rebate at my local CompUSA.

I believe Sam's Club still has Simpletech 128 sd cards for $49.86 with no rebates to mess with.
I bought one about a month ago and it has been working fine.
