After some waiting I finaly jumped on and ordered today. Got x50v for $284 - too good to pass :)

Well, I don't know.... Subscribed to DELL mailing list and received 35$ off $300 coupon and found on the net 20% off coupon if paying with DPA, so final price came to $284 + tax and free s/h. And got 0% financing till 2006... that's why it seemed like not a bad deal to me...
Status shows "shipped" :)...

Yes, rafes is right - IT IS stackable with 20%off when paid with DPA. $35 off $300 coupon you can buy on ebay for a couple of bucks. That's one of the best deals for x50v that I've ever seen!

can the $35 of $300 be used with refurbs? I am about to buy one off ebay since the refurbs are really cheapp right now... wanted to see if anyone had experiance with that
