I just purchased a 4GB on the recent Dell deal, it arrived in the mail today. Seems to work super. Not sure what other review I can offer on a CF card other than it seems to work error-free. I have not tried any benchmarking with the card, but this 2GB was a good enough deal that I couldn't pass it up, whether to use in the Axim or in a Digicam.

FYI - the extra 6% coupon above is only good thru midnight tonight:
Between the rebates and the 6%, the 2GB comes out to $72.15 with free shipping. That's cheap!!

From what I can see, there is no stipulation on either rebate form that would preclude the use of a %-off coupon. Should be good to go either with the extra 6%, or without!

I dont see any restrictions that would indicate this wont work with the rebates. Somebody correct me if I am wrong on that. :shrug:

Nope there is no restriction on using the %/$ coupon with the Rebates.

I had ordered this item over the weekend for $72 (after two mail-in rebates and 6% coupon) and their website said that the 'Item in stock'. Due to the huge popularity of this item, their website is saying 'Item in stock soon'. Buy.com is notorious for not shipping their items on time. So even when they say, 'Item in stock' you can expect an email pretty soon about item going on Backorder. So I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that I will get it before July 31. If they ship after July 31 then both the mail-in rebates would be invalid.

You shouldn't have to worry if your CF card arrives late, CdSlc.
Your mail in rebates wil be good as long as you ordered the CF card before 7/31, and submit the rebate form within 30 days of purchase for the $20 rebate and by 8/31 for the $30 rebate.

Jeanyes, I was told by one of these customer service guys that... for mail-in rebates, it does not matter when you have placed your order. It only matters when they charges you for the item. Typically online stores charges when they ship the item. So the ship date is considered to be the purchase date for mail-in rebate purposes. Going by this "advice", I have been constantly avoiding ordering any mail-in rebate item in the last week of mail-in rebate offer.
