That looks like a lot of Today screen real estate to give up just to (for me) ocassionally beam data.

It's a huge about of desktop, but...

The only time I beam anything is when I'm at a conference or trade show. At $1.49, this app is certainly cheap enough to install, configure, and only add to the Today page when I feel I'll need it. The other 99% of the time it's turned off and not wasting any space.

Which kind of defeats the purpose of this program. In less steps required to turn this back on, I can beam from the Contacts program.

Yes, but if you were going to say a trade show, career fair, etc.....you could turn the prog on beforehand. Then if you needed to beam your "business card" to some people, just tap the button on Today screen. Seems like a good idea. I agree it's a lot of space for such a simple app though. I'm not planning on using it, but does it have an option to use either Large or Small icons??? It would be great if it had a Small option as well.
