On Dell canada, if you go to 'customize' a x50v, you can add a 1100mAh battery for 59$. However, if you search for 'x50v battery', you can find that same 1100mAh battery for 39$.

Is it a typo? 2200mAh are 99$.

Thanks for the info...I purchased the x50v last Friday and along with it purchased an extra battery for $59. I called Dell today and asked them that question...they indicated that the part numbers were different on the standalone battery vs. the battery listed in the "customized" section, however, after about 10 minutes on hold, they came back and couldn't tell me what the difference was between the 2 parts, so....after 45 minutes on the phone, I got a $20 + HST refund....
