Yup!

I went to the Apple store here in Honolulu and bought that $299.00 E4C for my iPod, thinking the more $$ I pay, the better... Well, after about an hour listening to my iPod with this earphones and comparing it to the stock earbuds, I can't really justify the $299.00 price tag.

I mean sure, it sound "better" than the stock earbuds, but cmon'.

Anyway, went back to the store and return it, while there one of the clerk showed me the Sony for $69.99... Viola! it sound great, and I'm about $230.00 richer too...

But hey, if got the $$$, go for it... Hmm, I actually got the $$$ for this, but still didn't get it... :shrug:

The Shure e4c feature dual drivers:one for treble and the other for bass. Most other in-ear monitors only feature one driver that is used for both treble and bass. The ipod may not be able to take advantage of the enhanced audio this pair of iem is able to produce. Visit head-fi.org for more information.
