iPaq 111 syncing problem

I purchased an HP iPAQ 111 but do not use Microsoft Outlook for my e-mail server, therefore ActiveYnc 4.5 will not fully load on my computer so that I can sync my handheld with my computer. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? I am frustrated and ready to return this handheld to the store.

PLEASE HELP!

Jan

What information are you trying to sync? If not Outlook, what software do you use? ActiveSync is only designed to sync contact, calendar, task, and email data from Outlook. If you do not use Outlook, there might be another syncing software you could use, but we need more information about your situation before we can offer any recommendations.
