I am wondering whether to wait for the 7510, or just get the 7501.

As best as I can tell, the only "advantages" of the 7510 are:
-16 gig HD
-slicker look with flat keys (is this really better?).

Otherwise, no other reason to wait for a device whose availability is unknown in North America.

Am I missing something? Any reason to wait?

EDIT:
Further advancement of my knowledge about these units indicates that if HTC addresses graphics chip issues with the 7510, but not in the 7501, then the 7510 would be the better purchase.

However, if the graphics issues are the same between the two units, I am probably better off with the 7501, or at least there is no compelling reason to spend the extra few hundred dollars for the 7510. However, as in the other thread, it seems that at this point there is not point buying either device as a truly high end multimedia device.

The biggest difference for me is the 7510 has 8GB more memory with no rotating parts and the 7501 has a mini joystick. Which is more important to you?

(I own the 7510 and at times wish it had the joystick.)

Most posts I have read on the net re 7510 are from frustrated
modders who can't wait for the guys at xda.dev to upload new
roms.It has according to users some drawbacks regarding utilization
and software with regards to the 16gb flash.I don't have any issues
with the 7501 regarding video or speed and YouTube runs perfectly
on it as does all my vids and pics.I have it running on 3G Rogers
cell and other then it's not a pocketfone I am happy with it.
