ExtremePda.com customer service is great!
I purchased my 8525 about three weeks ago and soon after I purchased a Krusell leather flip case from ExtremePda.com

Cingular 8525 Leather Flip Case by Krusell: PDA Accessories & Handheld Accessories – ExtremePDA

I bought the case because I can keep it on my belt and still have access to the slide out keyboard while keeping it protected.
Well....last Thursday I was out and about when I got in an awkward sitting position and while getting out of a tight spot and the 8525 got wedged between my hip and table. I stood up quickly (while getting my balance) and inadvertently caused the 8525 to come off the clip and it dropped to the floor. I quickly picked up the phone and checked it out....no damage...but the multi adapter clip had come off the case. So, I put the clip back on the case and clipped in...within seconds the phone dropped to the floor again...I quickly picked up the phone and checked it out, thinking I didn't put the clip in correctly. I carefully put the clip back on the case and clipped in. Again.. the phone dropped to the floor.. That's when I realized that the multi adapter female end (sewn into the case) had sheared off the left edge that was causing the phone case to not fasten into the holster.

I came home and emailed support at ExtremePda.com asking what I can do to have the case repaired. Within 20 minutes I received and email telling me that a new case has already been shipped and I should recieve my new case today!

Not only did the case protect the phone against three hard drops but ExtremePda.com is replacing the case in an extremely quick manner!

I thought that any time a vendor displays excellent customer service that goes above and beyond my expectations I should let people know.

I also have the InvisibleShield from ShieldZone - Home of the iPod Screen Protector on my phone which I am very happy with.

I LOVE the 8525... There are a few things that I'd have liked to have a bit different, and a few custom tweaks, but overall, this thing rules.

The one thing that I gave up on (and I tried over and over) was getting Xpressmail to work with my Comcast email account... My solution... I forward everything to my work email that has Outlook push email.
