Activsync problem: Code 85010014
I recently purchased the 8525. Having a problem synchronizing. I get the message "Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop. Support code 85010014"

I had this problem with the Axim X51v and sent it back twice.
This one isnt going back and I want to solve the problem. Anyone know how to remedy this?

You might want to read throgh this page:

Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop: Support Code 85010014 | Tech[dot]Blog

What version of AS are you running? This problem has supposedly been solved since version 4.2, so if you are running an earlier version you may just want to install a newer version.

search for "85010014", it's in a few paragraphs towards the end.

Ok, I got the 8525 to sync. I used a new profile on Outlook and it started to go green on the sync. Woo hooo.

The problems are duplicated calendar items, old calendar items not showing up on desktop outlook, pocket quicken doesnt sync with desktop, and my spb pocket plus password doesn't work. Any thoughts?
