Cyberon Voice Speed Dial executable

I'm in the process of remapping my soft keys and one of them I'd like to assign to the factory Cyberon Voice Dialer program but I can't find the location and or name of the executable to put in the REG string. Would anyone happen to know?

This is the contents of the \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Voice Speed Dial.lnk
