Hello- Is it possible to set the voice dialer program to "on"? Right now I have to go to the program and tab voice dialer each time in order to use voice tags. It would also be nice to have the option to activate the speakerphone at the same time.

At XDA-devs there is a little utility called PTTFix that will let you map it to the PTT button.

you can activate speakerphone by holding down the call button for about 5 seconds... You can see when it activates on the task bar. If you hold it too short it will put the call on hold
