the first one was a cingular 8525 and after 6 months it started acting up really bad called them got a new phone. the 2 one they gave me seemed fine for the first 5 mins then just started shuting off at random times. 3rd one did the same 4th one did the same 5th one worrked for about 3 weeks then would not turn back on ever. 6th one turned on worked fine for an hour then couldint send txts it said i had no bars when i had full bars. people would call me and it would ring on there end but not on mine. shut off at random times then started back up. then froze for no reson. could not call anyone. but at random times ied get a phone call or 2. then i got to the store and all of a suddin my phone started working but as soon as the guy came and helped me my phones screen died. and finaly im getting a tilt. because ive has so many problems. so if you have problems with you 8525 most likely youll be getting my replacements because thats alla they do is send out the same replacements.so i sugest upgradeing if you have any problems
