Take a MicroSD (
NOT SDHC) apparently bootloader will not read a SDHC card
Format it FAT32
Copy SSPL-Herm.exe to root of SD card

In the DL of the ROM package you wish to install, find the RUU_Signed.nbh file. Copy it to the root of the SD card.
Rename sdcard\RUU_Signed.nbh to HERMIMG.nbh
From the PPC, run the SSPL-Herm.exe.
It will reboot quickly into bootloader. Follow the simple prompts to flash the ROM
Done. Quick and easy.
The first thing you should flash is
HARDSPL7
Using this method, you can have multiple ROMs or radios stored in subfolders on the card. Just copy to the root of the card and rename the file to HERMIMG.nbh and hit the sspl.exe
