If you have not already done so, head over to XDA-Developers and try the TouchFlo and HTC Today Screen Plug in! They are so Sweet! Everyday it seems a little of the HTC goodness becomes available for us Tilt owners!
I installed Touchflo and I cannot believe how much nicer web browsing has become. I contantly read bloglines and haed the jog wheel to navigate down. Now, Just like the iPhone, you can use your touch screen and navigate just as well! It takes a little practice, but it is well worth it!
Also, I downloaded and installed the HTC Cooked Homescreen. This is a little tricky and requires some modding to the HTC .xml file, but once again it really looks nice and is very funtional! It has a launcher that is also very handy and a favorite contact list. I love the large clock and the weather tab! The weather tab will have to be modded as I mention above unless you happen to live in one of the major cities listed.
My next step is remapping my PTT button. I hadn't had a lot of success so far. The 8525 fix does not work on the Tilt, but will at least disable it.
As always I or mobilitysite is not responsible for and issues from xda downloads, and PUH-LEASE BACK UP YOUR DEVICE BEFORE TRYING ANYTHING!!!!!! :approve:

Hey DSmithZ28,
Please publish an exact hyperlink for the other CABS mentioned.
When I look under XDA-Wiki, there seems to multiple versions of Homescreen etc. Also, I would appreciate an explanation for us less computer endowed users in what you say is a 'little tricky' to install!
I agree with drb123 xda site is full of information, to find the exact file or cab you have to do a lot of reading. The only thing I did so far is the PPT button, and it only gave me the push function working, the push and hold is still not working

Under the same registry key you used for push,
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Keys
Create Key 40C7
String Name Button 6 (hold)
