Looks like Garmin's Mobile XT is no longer on a preorder status. Just in case someone wants to buy it and let the rest of us know how it works.

Thanks, I wonder if it is only available on a locked storage card...

It is locked, but at 99 dollars for devices equipped with GPS, it's pretty reasonable...
