If you are running Vista, you need to use Windows Mobile Device Center not ActiveSync. Uninstall ActiveSync. You can get Windows Mobile Device Center here:

My Tilt, which arrives tomorrow, is not only replacing a phone, it is replacing my trusty Dell Axim which served me many years. All the computers I use (and might want to sync with) are running XP. I had no trouble syncing the Axim until I installed Outlook 2007. Then things got a little screwy.....
Can I expect any "got ya's" syncing the Tilt with Outlook 2007 using ActiveSync 4.5? I'd like to sync with at least two computers.......
I sync between 2 PCs both with outlook 2007.. one XP and one vista and it is fine.
