WinMedia video play quality? slideshow?

So i just got the phone yesterday and i uploaded a video to the 4g storage card. Dont known if iam expecting to much or what. But the video is like watching a slideshow. The music is fine. Is that expected or there a seting that needs to fixed? And i made sure there was nothing runing in the task manager that could be slowing it down. And nope i havent tried using any of the tweak programs.

Have you been able to resolve this? I was under the impression that video performance is pretty good on the Tilt.

So i tried watching the same vid on an older model of our phone from verizon. 6700 or some shit which has half the memory and it ran perfect except for the buffering every once in a while. Which is better then the slide show on my phone.
