Perdiemco comes to mind. Might try posting in the GPS forum as well to get opinions from those more familiar with such apps.

If someone REALLY thinks you're stalking them, then having YOU prove that you're not probably isn't going to ease their mind. If a person is paranoid enough to think that you're stalking them, then why would they believe you when you say you have gps proof.
Word of advice, stalking is a crime. If you don't want to get in trouble, I suggest you go to the local police station and talk to them about the situation. The last thing you want is to be explaining to your employer why you have a restraining order against you. If it's that big of a problem, get a restraining order against them. Then there's no doubt.
A court probably isn't going to look at gps stats you downloaded off of your phone. Sorry man.

I agree. If there is no clearly established custody of the phone, the GPS data collected are totally useless legally. Phone calls at different times from the phone which have been recorded are a better option because they can be tracked to the local transmitter but this is a lot of trouble. I

I completely agree, you don't need GPS you need a lawyer.
I don't know... it is much easier to get a GPS out of your pocket.

Really though, it may be as simple as going down there and just explaining the situation and asking what your options are, what can happen, and how. To the best of my knowledge though, as long as you're NOT stalking this person, they authorities won't do anything unless a direct threat to cause physical harm was made. However, it can be a total pain in the ass if this person lies and starts making stuff up. Your best bet is a restraining order, then this person isn't allowed to come near you, or even contact you. Your situation is then CLEARLY established, and they are forced to leave you alone. No more drama.
I would absolutely seek legal advice from a competent attorney before going any further.
