Few questions and a lot of thanks

This site is one reason I got a Tilt (I was thinking of the T-Mobile Wing earlier...). It's great so far. I do have a few questions though:

1) Does anyone else's jog wheel sometimes backtrack? I'll roll it down and it'll roll up one time when I stop. Same thing in the other direction.

2) Do you all use the HTC rom or the AT&T rom? I found out how to flash the rom in the XDA-Developers forums (thanks to the posts here), but I couldn't find out the pros/cons of it. Can you use HTC plug-ins with the AT&T rom?

Thanks again. I'm sure you'll see more of me here.

1. Haven't really noticed the jogg dial issue.
2. I use the Stock AT&T rom (have not flashed nothin). Most of the HTC cabs can be installed on your tilt as is. The only thing you might want to do, is hard reset, and do the "beat the bloat" thing.

I did that, so I think I'm set. I'll just use the AT&T version for now.

Oh, I have another question: I was reading my manual and it said to use the mini usb audio adapter, but I didn't receive one with my device. Does it come with one? Or are the instructions wrong?

Also, in the same vein, does anyone have suggestions for (fairly cheap,) good headset for the Tilt?
