Just got my tilt less and installed KaiserTweak as per this board. I set up my email last night and looks to been working good. After installing KaiserTweak I do not get them anymore. Log into my account with my PC, and they were all there. When I hit my mail it states "error sychronizing" at the bottom. Any step be step instructions would help. I installed xpress mail ect. With my old blackberry, I use to get my emails fast, not it takes a good while, is this normal with the tilt? Can I make some changes etc.. to help.

Ok, just tried my windows update and its telling me to check my data connection. It could not connect. HUmmmmm
When I went into the Kaiser program, I mostly picked what was advised in each section, must have done something wrong.

how do you connect to the internet typically? wifi or gsm?

whichever you use, go to start > settings > connections and select the connections icon.

click the advanced tab at the bottom. click the select networks button at the top of this screen.

verify that your gprs connection is set for both of these settings. "programs that automatically connect to the internet...." and programs that automatically connect to a private network..."

click ok to save and go back to the connections tab.

if youre using wifi to check and manage email. click the wi-fi icon. when selecting a network, verify that "configure wireless network" is always set to "the internet" which is under the ssid of the wifi network when configuring a new or existing connection.

see if that works. otherwise, change the individual settings in kaisertweak back to default settings and soft reset to see if that aleviates your connection issues

I do not connect with wifi, I use whatever the default is set on the tilt. Sorry this is a little new to me when it comes to email set-ups

The first box has: Media Net
The lower second box has:
My Work Network

what is gprs as mentioned above?
I think somewheres during my playing around earlier, I maybe turned off the connection, How do I get it back?

gprs is the default way that your device tries to get internet content. if you dont have a data plan with your provider, then you shouldnt configure internet connections to go through this connection (MediaNet).
