These files work with TyTN II/Tilt?

Will these types of files work with the TyTN II/Tilt? Is there software included that will display and play them?

Mpeg4 movies/videos
Mpeg3 mp3s
txt files (be able to view and edit)

MP3s can be played with the built-in Windows Mobile Media Player.
.txt files can be opened with Word Mobile or the Notes program also incleded with purchase.
MPEG 4 video formats such as H.263, H.264, MPEG-4 AVC and 3GP are not supported natively but there is a great freeware video player called TCPMP that will handle those formats and more.

You'd just be stripping the DRM from the existing files. Depending on the software you use you can save to a number of formats. The current legal workaround is called Tunebites. But this is really a grey area in the law read this article first

The best and legalest way to watch videos on your Windows Mobile Device is to rip your own DVDs. There are quite a few programs both free and shareware that allow you to do that and it's what the majority of users do here.

The mpeg4 I have are not DRM protected. I'm talking ones that are not protected. What format do I need to change them to with TCPMP?

You should be all set then. Be sure you download and install all the codecs I linked to and your files should play. Did you get your videos/movies from the Prelinger Archive? Those work fine with TCPMP, no conversion neccessary.
