Change soft keys on today screen?

What software do I need to change the soft keys on the today screen. Can someone walk me through it?

Do you have something like SBSH's iLauncher or Lakeridge's Wisbar Advance 3? they can both certainly do what you are after.

There is also a program called Soft Key Changer which you could Google for although I haven't used it myself.

I am reasonably sure that Tweaks2K2 can, too, and possibly SKTools and MemMaid?
